How do I cancel my Pro subscription?

Email us at support@carddex.gg with your account email and we'll cancel immediately. You'll keep Pro access until the end of your billing period.

How do I set up the OBS overlay?

Log in → Settings → Overlay. You'll find your 3 browser source URLs there. Add them to OBS as Browser Sources and you're live.

My card prices look wrong. What should I do?

Prices are pulled from TCGPlayer market data and updated regularly. If something looks off, email us and we'll investigate.
